Cancellation and Return Policy

Orders can be canceled without any cost until the shipment has been efectuated. If we receive a cancelation notice once a package has been sent, it will be considered a return. Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the product as long as they meet the following criteria.

Orders cannot be returned if there is evidence that the products have been opened, manipulated or exposed to inappropriate conditions. Products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition for their subsequent sale.

Packages that are lacking the sender’s identification details (name, last name, address, order number) will not be accepted. The return of the requested items will result in the refund of the entire amount paid by the customer.

The customer will assume the cost for the return with the exception of returns that are made due to an error on our part or to a defective product.

In such a case, drinkzeena.com commits to exchanging the defective product for an identical one or to reimburse the amount paid as well as to assume responsibility for the cost of the return and the new shipment.
