Why garnacha? What special characteristics does this grape have?

Garnacha is a mediterranean variety with fresh fruit and floral notes. It represents Zeena very well.

What makes your garnacha so special?

It has been selected in one of the regions in Spain with the longest tradition in the variety. We look for brilliant, light and platable wines. Furthermore, it is grown organically and with minumum intervention.

Vegan? All wine is vegan, right?

No. Grapes come from a plant, but various products can be used to refine the wines. In the case of vegan wines, these products can never be of animal origin.

What does it mean that the wine is organic?

In the care of the vinyards and production of the wine, all of the products used are of natural origin, never synthetic.

What are sulphites?

They are a substance used for the purpose of preserving the aroma and taste of the wine.

Where is the wine from? Do you have a certificate of origin?

The selection of Zeen’s wines come from different regions of Spain. In our first production, the selected harvest comes from the region of Tarragona.

Does Zeena contain sugar? Does wine contain sugar?

There are wines that contain sugar. They are called sweet wines.
Zeena is a “dry” wine that has an insignificant amount of sugar. This sugar comes from the grapes and is what is left once the grapes have fermented.

What alcohol content does Zeena have?

Depending on the wine, Zeena’s alcohol content varies between 9.5 and 13.5%.

Why wine in a can?

Why not? Besides, a can cannot break; it cools faster; it keeps oxigen and light from damaging the quality of the wine; and it is easier and lighter to carry. Oh! And cans are more sustainable than bottles! Moreover, we use Vinsafe technology, which allows us to provide cans with protection and of the upmost quality, that don’t taste like aluminum!

Why these cans?

First of all, the cans that are 187-200ml are the perfect format for personal use. That way you avoid having any wine left over that will oxidize. Zeena also provides a 250ml format, equal to a cup and a half, ideal for shared moments or at home.

What makes the labels special?

Zeena’s cans have paper labels that make them so nice to touch. You even have a space to write your name on the can. And they are very photogenic!

What is the best way to drink a Zeena?

However you please! Our motto at Zeena is “allowing people to choose freely.” So, drink it in a cup, a wineglass straight from the can or mixed in a cocktail (send us the recipe!). Of course, we do recommend you drink your Zeena nice and cold.

Where can I find Zeena?

Either right on our website, or in stores in Barcelona, Gerona and Madrid. You can also find it in many restaurants and cafés with carryout and delivery service in Glovo, deliveroo, Uber Eats in Barcelona, Bilbao, Valencia, Seville and Andorra! Soon we will create a search bar on our website where you will be able to find YOUR CLOSEST ZEENA based on your location.

How can I chill the wine?

Simply leave it in the refridgerator or put it in the freezer for a little bit. Since the wine is in a can, it chills much more quickly than in a glass bottle.

How should I dispose of the used cans?

Always in the bin for plastic and metal. In Spain this is the yellow bin. Or don’t throw it away; wake up your imagination and reuse your can for whatever you feel like.

I placed an order and it hasn’t arrived. What can I do?

Well, that is strange! Did you receive an email confirming the order? If you did, we apologize. You can write us via our chat bot on our website and we will contact you in less than 24 hours. Moreover, in your email you always have the tracking number at your disposal, which will keep you informed as to your order’s status.

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order has been made, and the shipment is in process, we do not have any way of cancelling an order. What you can do is return the order to us after you have received it. We will refund the amount paid for the order except the shipping cost for said return, unless it is due to a product defect. In which case, we will assume the cost for returning the product or products, of course!

Where do you ship Zeena to?

We ship all over Europe except France, the Canary islands, Ceuta and Melilla. We also ship to the United States, Mexico and Canada at very competitive rates

You can pay with a credit or debit card. We use Stripe payment gateway.
